We are a yakitori restaurant that takes our name from the special breed of free-range chickens renowned for their robust flavour and impeccable freshness in Japan. Staying true to this ethos, we use the freshest free-range birds, delivered direct from Yorkshire, utilising every part of the chicken – whether it’s on a stick, flavouring our broth or enhancing our tare.
We source the freshest & where possible, local ingredients, with our regularly changing specials using the best of the season’s produce.
In both our Dalston and Covent Garden restaurants, we aim to bring the spirit, atmosphere and fun of yakitori-yas London. At the heart of our kitchens are our custom made Kama-Asa Shoten grills, sourced directly from Tokyo during our travels.
