We are a yakitori restaurant that takes our name from the special breed of free-range chickens renowned for their robust flavour and impeccable freshness in Japan. Staying true to this ethos, we use the freshest free-range birds, utilising every part of the chicken – whether it’s on a stick, flavouring our broth or enhancing our tare.
We source the freshest & where possible, local ingredients, with our regularly changing specials using the best of the season’s produce.
We aim to bring the spirit, atmosphere and fun of yakitori-yas London. At the heart of our kitchens are our custom made Kama-Asa Shoten grills, sourced directly from Tokyo during our travels.
